The glove collection THOMASINE is an accessories brand that has been sold internationally since 2008. The designer Thomasine Barnekow was born in Sweden but lives and works in Paris today.

Her gloves give a feeling of dressing in soft but wearable jewellery and the collection has a focus on women with a modern elegance. The designs have a constructed architectural identity, where both shape and material are woven together. There is also a menswear line available, with attention to small details to make the wearer feel special.

The gloves are produced by a classical French glove houses. Most are made in a fine lambskin but also some in combination with cashmere/wool textile. Internationally the commercial collection presented and sold in France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, USA, South Korea and Japan.

THOMASINE couture was launched June 2011 in the collaboration with the Belgian fashion designer Walter van Beirendonck by realizing a quilt tribal glove collection for his menswear show CLOUD #9 SS2012.

Today gloves are hand made in Paris by the designer for fashion shows, exhibition and private orders.
